Hello, I'm Lacey
A bit about me
I was born in South Africa, raised in New Zealand, and now create in New York. Growing up across these three continents taught me that constant change is inevitable; and learning to thrive within that ambiguity is the ultimate survival skill.
This mix of South African grit, a Kiwi upbringing, and New York’s relentless energy serves as the foundation for how I navigate the cutting edge of technology.
I am a lifelong, self-taught learner. I am constantly pushing myself to master new domains and challenge the boundaries of my own thinking. My career reflects this curiosity, spanning Advertising, Technology Consulting, Executive Coaching for woman and Strategy for go-to-market products/solutions. All while navigating my most important role: being a mother.

Today, I’m at Google as a Global Content Manager, where I shape the narratives and market positioning for Infrastructure and AI products. It is a front-row seat to the most significant technological shift of our time, and I love the challenge of making the complex feel human.
Why I create
To me, technology is always a secondary character. My work isn’t about “specs” or the raw power of a machine. Instead, I am obsessed with the human “why”:
I’m incredibly grateful to have you here. Thank you for joining me in this exploration of what it truly means to be a creator in an AI-driven world.
